Organize screenshots on iPhone before they bury you.
PhotoPots sorts screenshots out of your Camera Roll and into named pots — receipts in one, confirmations in another, family photos untouched. One batch session clears weeks of clutter.

Screenshots are where good photos go to disappear
You take them for a reason. Then they sink into the Camera Roll.
Everyone's Camera Roll tells the same story. A picture of your kid's first goal sits next to a tracking number, a parking receipt, three error messages, and a chat thread you captured "just in case." Weeks later you need that receipt for an expense report — and it's gone, buried under two hundred newer shots of your dog.
Deleting doesn't work either. Half of those screenshots are work records: proof a delivery happened, a measurement on a wall, an approval in writing. You can't delete them, so you can't clean up, so your personal photos stay buried under screenshot clutter. It's a loop nobody escapes with willpower alone.
PhotoPots breaks the loop. Sort a screenshot and it leaves the Camera Roll for real — the original is moved into a pot, not just hidden. Your photo library goes back to being a photo library.
Batch sessions that clear the pile fast
PhotoPots rounds up your screenshots and walks you through them one quick decision at a time.
-
Swipe-through sorting
Open a triage session and each screenshot comes up full-screen. Swipe or tap to file it into a pot — or drop it. Dozens of captures sorted in the time a coffee takes to brew.
-
Pots that match your work
Make a pot per client, job, or category — "Receipts," "Job 214," "Warranty" — with your own names and colors. Screenshots land where you'll actually look for them.
-
OCR search finds the words
Every sorted screenshot is text-searchable. Type a confirmation number, a vendor name, or a phrase from a chat and jump straight to the capture.
What actually fills your screenshot pile
If you work with photos, most of your screenshots are records — not junk.
-
Receipts & invoices
Contractors and field techs capture supply runs and parking. Sorted into a pot, they're ready when expense day comes — no scrolling through the Camera Roll.
-
Confirmations & bookings
Agents and inspectors screenshot order numbers, lockbox codes, and appointment confirmations. One searchable pot beats a camera-roll scavenger hunt.
-
Documents & chats
Nurses, teachers, and admins capture shift notes, schedules, and message approvals. Keep them in a named pot and your personal photos stay personal.
-
Error messages & evidence
The weird error, the damaged item, the "this is what it looked like when I arrived." File them with the job they belong to and share them in one tap.
From pile to pots in one sitting
A Friday-afternoon ritual that takes less time than finding one lost screenshot used to.
-
Start a triage session
PhotoPots gathers your unfiled screenshots — this week's, or the whole backlog. You pick how deep to dig.
-
Sort into pots, one tap each
Receipt goes to Receipts, confirmation goes to Job 214, meme goes to the trash. Each sorted capture is removed from the Camera Roll, not just hidden.
-
Find anything by its words
Next month, when accounting asks for the receipt, type the store name into OCR search. The screenshot surfaces in seconds, GPS metadata intact.
-
Share or sync, done
One tap sends a capture to email, Messages, Slack — anywhere. And because pots sync over iCloud, everything is already on your iPad and Mac.

Screenshot cleanup, answered
Does sorting screenshots delete them from my iPhone?
No. Sorting moves a screenshot out of your Camera Roll and into a pot inside PhotoPots. The original file is removed from the photo library — not hidden — and kept safely in the pot, where you can search, edit, and share it anytime. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it yourself.
Can I find a screenshot later if I only remember what it said?
Yes. PhotoPots reads the text in your screenshots with OCR, so you can search for a word from a receipt, a confirmation number, or a line from a chat and jump straight to the capture. You don't need to remember which pot you filed it in.
How many screenshots can I sort for free?
The free plan includes 25 sorts a week, which covers a typical backlog for most people. Pro removes the limit entirely, so you can clear out months of screenshot clutter in as many sessions as you like.
Do my screenshot pots sync to my iPad and Mac?
Yes. Every pot syncs over iCloud, so screenshots you triage on your iPhone show up on your iPad and Mac automatically. GPS metadata is preserved too, which matters when a capture doubles as a record of where a job or delivery happened.
