Support

How can we help?

PhotoPots support is run by the people who built the app. Most answers are one tap away below — and if you need a human, you'll get one.

Common topics

Start here. These cover most of what lands in our inbox.

  • Getting started

New to pots? Learn how sorting moves photos out of your Camera Roll, how capture-to-pot works, and how to set up your first pots in under a minute.

Read the getting started answers in the FAQ →

  • Restore purchases

Bought Pro and it's not showing on a new phone or your Mac? It's tied to your Apple ID, so it's quick to bring back:

    1. Open PhotoPots and go to Settings.
    2. Tap Restore purchases.
    3. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy Pro.

Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.

  • iCloud sync troubles

Pots sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac through iCloud. If something's not showing up everywhere, work through these in order:

    1. Check you're signed into the same Apple ID on every device (Settings → your name).
    2. Make sure iCloud Drive is on for PhotoPots (Settings → your name → iCloud).
    3. Connect to Wi-Fi and leave the app open for a minute — big pots sync in the background.
    4. Restart the app. Still nothing after an hour? Tell us which device is missing what.
  • Sorting questions

Where did my photo go? Can I get it back? What does the free 25-sorts-a-week limit actually count? Honest answers, no fine print.
